Inner Path Healing Arts offers Shiatsu, Reiki, Polarity Therapy and Private Yoga.  All are different energy healing body therapies that seek the same outcomes – release energy blockages, balance the body’s energy system and encourage a healthy and balanced energy flow.  It has long been understood by eastern healers that balanced energy is vital to the health of the body, mind, emotions and spirit.  Through energy body therapies, healing happens on deeper layers and reaches the source of our pain and sickness.  It is a natural and holistic approach to healing and maintaining health.

Balanced energy has many symptoms!  When we are balanced, we feel alive and vibrant.  Our days are filled with a sense of wellbeing and we live a life that is happy, productive and meaningful.  We live in the moment and understand how to take care of ourselves better.  We make wise choices that are in line with who we are, and we let go of what we no longer need.  Challenging experiences become fertile ground for personal growth and we welcome change.  Balanced energy is our natural state!
